Real Results Speak For Themselves
We had been looking to start a student-to-student mentoring program at Higgins Middle School for some time. Core Trainings has been amazing to work with—responsive, flexible, and committed to seeing the program succeed. My 40+ years in secondary education has taught me never to underestimate the power that positive student leadership and mentoring can have on the lives of adolescents. Core Trainings, over the past 10 years, has done terrific work in these areas with our students at Cardinal Newman School. Our “WINGS” peer-to-peer mentoring program, as well as our “Athletic Leadership Council” and our “Just Be Nice: Enhancing Civility Program” were custom designed by the Hults and are staples in developing positive student leadership and mentoring and strong bullying prevention. Core Trainings is truly our valued partner!

HHS has been fortunate enough to have had Deb and Dana train us for many years. Their genuine, personal approach motivates student-athletes, coaches, and individuals to understand the importance of stretching their comfort zones, doing what’s right even when it’s difficult, and believing in the amazing impact of focusing on people, not popularity. An incredible workshop for anyone–not just student-athletes!
Hopkinton Athletic Department
Now more than ever, schools need to teach students about leading, about building community and about supporting each other. Glenbard West High School and our athletic and activity conference has been working with Core Trainings led by Dana and Debra Hult for many years. Their student trainings always get positive feedback from our kids and always get positive results. They are highly responsive and engaged and their message is absolutely vital for young people today. Five Stars!

“Cognizant of the fact that each school has its own unique needs, I am firm in my belief that the knowledge that they (Core Trainings) possess, coupled with an ability to convey this knowledge, can enhance the culture of any school by empowering students.”
North Reading SLAM Program
“The mentoring program has allowed us to introduce our freshmen to positive role models. These connections reduce anxiety for the younger students and provide a resource throughout the year to help them navigate successfully.”
Woburn HS, MA
“Mentors develop such a strong sense of purpose while freshman realize, sometimes for the first time, that someone REALLY cares about how they do, the decisions they make and their happiness.”
